Francisca is VP of Marketing & Technology at Orica Latin America, with a solid track record in roles in Santiago, Chile and Melbourne, Australia.

She graduated in Industrial Civil Engineering from the Universidad del Desarrollo, she also has Six Sigma Black Belt certifications from the University of Notre Dame and the Alberto Hurtado University.

With more than 15 years of experience, she has held various positions in Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Human Resources.

In addition, Francisca is an active member of three Boards, related to the mining industry, education and the chamber of commerce, reaffirming her commitment to sustainable and equitable development in these sectors.
