Chemical Engineer with more than 15 years of experience in the mining and petrochemical industries, both nationally and internationally. She currently serves as Technical Performance Manager at South32 for Sierra Gorda SCM, where she also serves as an alternate member of the Board of Directors. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Minera Sud Argentina S.A., a South32 joint venture in Argentina.

She began her professional career in the petrochemical industry, spending seven years at Dow Chemical Company (now Dow-DuPont), where she held responsibilities in operations, projects, and commissioning, with experience in Chile, the United States, and England.

She subsequently joined Anglo American in Chile, where she worked for five years at the Los Bronces operation, leading teams in various strategic and operational roles.

Since 2023, she has been with South32, consolidating a track record marked by technical and strategic leadership in the mining sector. Its focus is on operational excellence, performance management, and complex project development, providing a comprehensive and global perspective to address industry challenges.
